Event Description

Muscles tight? Joints stiff? These low-impact routines for flexibility and mobility will help you prevent injury and improve your performance in other workouts.

This is a 6-week course running from 27th January to 3rd March, every Monday at 1:45 - 2:45pm. Please book each session you want to attend individually

Note: The exercise classes provided are suitable for most people and are not aimed at treating any specific cause of pain or condition. By booking an exercise session you confirm that you understand that it is your responsibility to assess your physical and mental capabilities for all activities to be performed.

Participation in the classes and the use by you of any equipment, poses, moves, instructions or any other activity is done so entirely at your own risk.
