PLEASE NOTE THIS TICKET SIGNS YOU UP TO AN INDIVIDUAL SESSION.

A class dedicated to conditioning various body muscles to improve your overall strength with a different theme each week to focus on.

Formats will vary depending on your instructor, keeping your workout fresh and fun.

Participants will be expected to complete a short survey at the beginning and the end of the 6 week course.

If you are unable to attend, could we please ask that you cancel your booking either online, email, by telephone or popping into the library.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL TO ATTEND THESE CLASSES.

To avoid disruptions, all attendees must arrive on time. Participants arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to join the session.
